For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds
